The Bennetts' premises were custom designed and built with one purpose in mind – to enable the team to produce highest quality chocolates and seasonal delicacies for the most discerning gourmets! New recipes and creations are continually developed by our very own French patissier David Valencot. A team of skilled artisans can be viewed through the glass windows producing over 150 different chocolates that are sold fresh in the sumptuous showroom – some exclusively, such as the quince, Tara Lodge tamarillo, and the award-winning Pina Colada Truffles and Champagne Truffles. Mary Bennett and her staff manage the showroom with its decadent arrangement of exquisite gifts, wines, and hand made jams.
