Clayton Bennett tests new recipes and oversees all production, assisted by French patissier Rémi Le Levier. A team of skilled artisans can be viewed through the glass windows producing over 150 different chocolates that are sold fresh in the sumptuous showroom – some exclusively, such as the award-winning Rocky Road, Champagne Truffles and a range of award-winning Marshmallow. Mary Bennett and her staff manage the showroom with its decadent arrangement of exquisite gifts, wines, and hand made jams.
