The Bennetts' premises were custom designed and built with one purpose in mind – to enable the team to produce highest quality chocolates and seasonal delicacies for the most discerning gourmets! Clayton Bennett tests new recipes and oversees all production, assisted by French patissier Rémi Le Levier. A team of skilled artisans can be viewed through the glass windows producing over 150 different chocolates that are sold fresh in the sumptuous showroom – some exclusively, such as the award-winning Rocky Road, Champagne Truffles and a range of award-winning Marshmallow. Mary Bennett and her staff manage the showroom with its decadent arrangement of exquisite gifts, wines, and hand made jams.
